Example of Company A that used MG as preparatory training before sending the employee for overseas training assignment(OJT)
Alongwith the overseas training program that was already in place, MG training was introduced to prepare the trainees' mindset (a mindset which makes the trainees work with a proactive thinking and with positive attitude towards working with the local people even in a challenging environment).
